Withdrawal policy

The aim of https://4-skin.net is to ensure your complete satisfaction, which is why we have created an exchange, return, cancellation, and withdrawal policy. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange, return, cancel, or withdraw your purchase.

Yes, you can exchange your purchase as long as you ensure the following:

  1. The general conditions for exchanges, returns, and withdrawals (see A);
  2. The steps for exchanging/returning the merchandise (see II). 

A credit note will be issued for the merchandise to be exchanged, and the amount will be credited to your account for your next purchase. If there is any remaining balance, it will be refunded using the conditions for returning the purchase value (see B). 

The exchange shipment is subject to available stock.

You can withdraw your purchase by sending an email to info@4-skin.net indicating your withdrawal. We will verify whether the merchandise has not been shipped and communicate by email. If it has already been shipped, we will inform you by email of the procedure for refusing the delivery. 

After the completion of this process, we will refund the amounts (see conditions for returning the purchase value (see B)).

Yes, you can return your purchase as long as you ensure the following:

  1. The general conditions for exchanges, returns, and withdrawals (see A);
  2. The steps for exchanging/returning the merchandise (see II). 

After that, the amount will be refunded (see conditions for returning the purchase value (see B)).

If your product has a defect, simply follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@4-skin.net:
  • Email subject: “Complaint #” (followed by the invoice number of the purchase or the order number);
  • Attached: 2 or 3 clear photos or a video that clearly show the problem found in the product;
  • Email text: describe in detail the problem found;
  1. Wait for the response email with instructions on how to proceed;
  2. Your product will be analyzed in the laboratory;
  3. We will proceed with its repair if it is a simple and easily solvable problem, allowing for waste reduction. This solution will only be viable if it does not cause any inconvenience to you. If there is no possibility of repair, we will make the replacement. 

We take responsibility for all our products provided that all maintenance, usage, and handling standards have been met. 

The product will be subject to laboratory analysis, and any non-compliance will be detected. In this situation, 4Skin reserves the right to refuse the repair/replacement of the product.

The customer sends an email to info@4-skin.net containing the following information:

  1. Invoice number of the purchase or order number;
  2. Contact phone number and email of the contact person responsible for this process;
  3. Name and quantity of the merchandise to be exchanged, returned, or withdrawn;
  4. Brief explanation of the reason for this process;
  5. Photos, videos, and other relevant information regarding the matter. 

Your process will be analyzed, and if no additional information is needed, we will respond with an authorization email and instructions on how to proceed.

  1. The customer proceeds to send the merchandise following the instructions received in the authorization email – never exceeding the maximum period of 15 consecutive days since they received their merchandise.
  2. After receiving the merchandise, our laboratory has 10 consecutive days to analyze it and inform the customer by email.
  1. The merchandise is returned within 15 consecutive days from the date you received it;
  2. The original products and packaging have not suffered any damage or signs of use;
  3. The merchandise is returned in its original packaging with all manuals, parts, and extras with which it was delivered;
  4. Shipping costs are not refundable if applicable;
  5. If the returned items are not in the condition in which they were acquired, 4Skin reserves the right to not accept the exchange or return and refuse to refund them.

  1. If the perfect condition of the merchandise is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund using the same IBAN or, if not applicable, the IBAN indicated by you. There is no cash refund;
  2. All financial, training, or other costs incurred in the exchange/return or cancellation process will be deducted from the amount to be refunded;
  3. In cases where the purchase process involved shipping or other costs, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
